Osteopathy
My philosophy is to apply the principles of osteopathy in an absolutely client-centered and solution-oriented way, in order to accompany the people who work with me to a pain-free, healthy life as quickly as possible.
In my more than two decades of therapeutic work, I have become acutely aware of the crucial role that attention and awareness play in achieving lasting treatment success.
The better the client remains centered during treatment — and leaves the session with a deeper awareness of themselves — the greater the treatment success and long-term effects of the therapy.
I have developed techniques that can very efficiently direct attention into the body, achieving the best possible treatment results in addition to expertly performed osteopathy.
My many years of experience as a physiotherapist enable me to provide clients with individualized, highly effective, and easy-to-perform exercises that empower them to take their health into their own hands.
