Ken Ruthenberg – Certified osteopath since 2013

Born and Raised in Berlin Germany

25 years of therapeutic experience, 13 years as an osteopath including 7 years in private practice.

Over 15 years of experience in various rehabilitation clinics and acute care hospitals.

Philosophy

My philosophy is to apply the principles of osteopathy in an absolutely client-centered and solution-oriented way, in order to accompany the people who work with me to a pain-free, healthy life as quickly as possible.

Why more Than Osteopathie

In my more than two decades of therapeutic work, I have become acutely aware of the crucial role that attention and awareness play in achieving lasting treatment success.

This means that the better the client 1. remains centered during treatment, and 2. leaves the session with a deeper and improved awareness of themselves, the greater the treatment success and the long-term effects of the therapy.

For this reason, I have developed techniques that can very efficiently direct this attention into the body, in order to achieve the best possible treatment results in addition to expertly performed osteopathy.

Furthermore, my many years of experience as a physiotherapist enable me to provide my clients with individualized, highly effective, and easy-to-perform exercises that empower them to take their health into their own hands.
