What Is
Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a holistic healing method in which functional disorders in the body are detected and treated exclusively with the hands.
It aims to release blockages (fascia, muscles, joints, internal organs) in order to stimulate self-healing powers, alleviate pain, and restore mobility.
It views the body as a unit.
In many cases, osteopathy represents a complementary treatment to conventional medicine.
